The Seed of Listening is the commitment to giving full attention to understanding the emotions, words, and actions of others. We must sow the Seed of Listening to meet the need to be known and understood. We sow the Seed of Listening when we learn to give full attention to each other’s words and feelings, when we listen to learn and to truly understand.
